How to Meditate
I think of meditation as a ladder or vehicle that takes me to a wonderful blissful enjoyable place. On this page I talk about what meditation is, how I meditate, and why and when. Meditation is also a foundation tool or place to build from. Communication and relationships are easier.

Why meditate? I feel better, during and after. I sometimes feel incredibly light, as in whatever weight or stress or burden I was carrying seems to lift up and fly away and my whole body feels light and easy. When I reach the meditative state or become 100% present in the here and now I feel bliss, joy, and see beauty everywhere. I think of this as a my pure state or the natural human condition when free of outside influence or programming.
